Goat Yoga July 20th (1)

Please bring a towel, yoga mat, and wear clothing that can possibly get dirty or nibbled on by the goats! This is an hour long session broken down like this....first 10 minutes of class will be greeting the goats, then there will be a 40 minute yoga class with the last 10 minutes of hanging out with the goats. Goat selfies are encouraged! The idea is to relieve your everyday stresses and tension by stretching and laughing at the curious goats around or on you! This session takes place in a small pasture near the barn where the goats will be interacting with you. It is an outside session so you may want to wear sunscreen! Yoga mats can be made available on a first come basis. Parking is back at the green horse barn. If rain is imminent please watch for cancellation. You will get a full refund if the class is cancelled.
